A product may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided the following provisions:
1) The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition, without any scratches on either the lenses or frame.
2) The item must be returned with all of its original packaging, (including case, warrantee cards, cleaning cloths, when applicable)
3) The returned item must be postmarked no later than 30 days after having signed for the original delivery from Mcdonaldoptical.com.
Please return the unused, item with all warranty papers etc, in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, shipping excluded.
Special orders
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item with all warranty papers etc, in its original condition within 30 days for a refund, shipping excluded. All returns of special orders are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item in exchange for another, please return the item to our warehouse for a refund. Afterwards, please visit our website to purchase the item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.
Returning a gift?
McDonaldOptical.com can either refund to the credit card holder or we issue you a gift certificate for the amount of the purchase.
Refunds
Here in McDonaldOptical.com, we will notify the customer via e mail once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for the credit to be given. Every credit cards has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit appear on your statement, refund shall be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be issued back to your credit card if the original purchase was by credit card.

All packages must be sent postage prepaid, UPS prepaid or Federal Express prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the product. McDonaldOptical.com is not responsible for any product returned that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

We will be happy to modify or cancel your order up until the shipping procedure is completed and the product has actually left our warehouse.

If your order has been damaged during transport you should claim this directly to the carrier, for instance UPS or your local Post Office if you chose shipment by US Mail.
